Customer Success Executive

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Executive. The person in this role will guide new and existing educators and test-prep tutors in successfully adopting and using EdisonOS, including onboarding support, platform walkthroughs, and best-practice recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring usage and satisfaction, and proactively engaging accounts to drive product usage and retention. The Customer Success Executive will collaborate with product and support teams to relay customer feedback, identify improvements, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. The role also involves tracking key customer health metrics and preparing concise reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to ensure a positive, long-term relationship with educators and test-prep tutors.
• Customer Support and Account Management experience to handle inquiries, manage accounts, and provide ongoing guidance.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, identify trends, and recommend actions that improve customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
