Customer Success Manager

Remote (Ireland)

Salary: €36,000 - €42,000

Cpl is partnering with a growing Irish organisation that supports charities, schools, parishes, and community groups through an innovative fundraising platform. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and helping organisations achieve their fundraising goals.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with fundraising organisations.
• Support customers in running successful fundraising campaigns.
• Review fundraising performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide advice and best-practice guidance to help customers attract and retain supporters.
• Create and share promotional content, including Canva designs, videos, and communication templates.
• Update customer websites and records.
• Manage customer queries and deliver a high standard of customer support.
• Attend occasional exhibitions, events, and team meetings across Ireland.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience using Canva and creating social media content.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Full Irish driving licence and access to your own car.
• A dedicated, quiet home workspace suitable for remote working.
