Customer Success Manager

We're Founders Arm, a recruitment partner connecting top MENA talent with leading US startups.

We are seeking a VA Success Manager to own the post-placement relationship with our virtual assistants once they've landed a role with a client. This role is the bridge between our VAs and the clients they support — making sure performance stays high, issues get caught early, and placements last.

Salary: $800/month starting

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins with placed VAs to track performance, workload, and blockers
• Manage a portfolio of active placements and keep records up to date
• Monitor performance signals and flag risks before they turn into churn
• Gather and verify feedback from both VAs and clients
• Coach VAs on expectations, communication, and delivery standards
• Escalate serious performance or relationship issues to the ops team with clear context
• Own the support inbox and respond to VA questions promptly

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing operations
• Has managed multiple accounts or relationships at once without dropping any
• Strong people skills — able to build trust quickly and have direct conversations when needed
• Good judgment: can read between the lines and tell when something isn't adding up
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up until things are closed
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other collaboration tools
• Able to coordinate with US working hours
