You'll take the lead in projects, rolling out and configuring our InTouch software for new clients, making sure their onboarding experience is smooth, engaging, and built on trust. 💬 Train Provide training sessions that make customers feel confident and capable. ⚙️ Turn challenges into solutions. You’ll master our product inside out and translate customer challenges into smart, hands-on solutions. You’ll build and configure setups that create real impact, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with our clients. 🤝 Build strong relationships. You’ll stay closely connected with clients, offering proactive support and ensuring they always feel guided, valued, and heard. 💬 Be the customer’s voice. You’ll represent our clients within InTouch, gathering feedback, sharing insights, and working with teams to make our products and services even better every day. 📈 Spot opportunities — Identify upsell potential and help clients scale their use of our solutions. What you bring 🛠️ Skills & Experience A natural customer champion who loves helping others succeed. You can switch gears in an instant, keep all the balls in the air, and always know exactly where every party in the process stands. You own a project from A to Z, from kickoff through delivery, and you don't wait for problems to land on your desk, you spot them early and act. Strong communicator, you make complex things simple and build trust with every interaction. Hands-on problem solver with an analytical mindset and a good understanding of software configuration. Experience with project-based work, training delivery, and process optimization. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn, you take ownership and make things happen.
