Customer Success Manager | Remote (Egypt Only)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients
• Understand client needs and help drive results
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Work with internal teams and external vendors
• Support negotiations and vendor discussions
• Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes (cost savings, efficiency, ROI)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Customer-facing experience (customer success, account management, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Confident speaking with clients and stakeholders
• Sales mindset (without being a salesperson)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Must be based in Egypt

Nice to Have:

• Background in IT, SaaS, telecom, or tech-related fields
• Experience in project management or client-facing roles
• Compensation

$7 USD/hour (paid in EGP)

• performance-based growth opportunities (Percentage of the closed contracts)
