Customer Success Onboarding Specialist - Agency

Canopy Connect is building the infrastructure that powers best-in-class insurance experiences. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll ensure that Canopy Connect’s agency customers are successful with our product. This is a consultative position in which you will help our clients grow their businesses by selling more premium with less effort. This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup. About you 2 years of experience implementing sales enablement software in professional service companies (e.g. insurance, wealth planning, accounting etc). Demonstrated ability to work with clients from a variety of technical backgrounds. Experience delivering software demos and training in a high volume environment. Experience delivering online training to groups of up to 50 people. Ability to learn different platforms quickly (e.g. CRM, AMS, Raters). Bonus : Background in selling insurance software (e.g. raters, AMS, CRM) Bonus: Deep insurance industry knowledge. The expected salary range for this position is: $65,366 - $77,979 depending on experience and skills.
