Customer Success & Operations Intern

The Role You work directly with creators and with brands like Replit, Figma, Framer, Airtable, Gamma, LumaAI and ElevenLabs, on both sides of every deal. When something breaks in a campaign or a payment, it reaches you first. That means you find the problems before anyone else does. Then you fix them, either on your own or together with the operations or engineering team. You build the automation, the workflow, or the guidance behind our AI agent, so the problem stops coming back. By the end of the internship you will know how the whole marketplace runs, and you will know how to build with AI on real operations. What You'll Do Answer creators and brands: how the product works, where a deal stands, how to fix an account Test the AI agent that answers our support inbox, find the questions it gets wrong, and write the content that fixes them Turn recurring issues into projects and/or bug reports for the engineering team Build workflows and automations that take repetitive work off the team Spot deals that stalled between a brand and a creator, and follow up with the side that went quiet Keep the Help Center up to date, and write the articles for the questions that keep coming back Help review and approve the creators and brands who join the marketplace, the work that keeps both sides trusting it Who You Are Computer science or Business student with tech aptitude. You communicate well in English. You use AI tools every day, and you know when the output is wrong You have built at least one automation that worked: n8n, Zapier, Make You are careful with detail.
