Customer Success Specialist

The Opportunity

At Vetzu, we are redefining trust through our AI-driven "Techno Hub." We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our night shift operations. In this role, you aren't just answering tickets; you are managing the critical "Success Loop" of our background verification (BGV) process.

You will be the face of Vetzu to our international clients, ensuring that our AI-powered verification engine delivers accuracy, speed, and a frictionless experience for both employers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management: Manage the lifecycle of background checks—including employment, education, and criminal records—to maintain our industry-leading 24-hour turnaround.
• AI Quality Control: Review and validate discrepancy flags raised by the Vetzu AI engine.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients during the night shift.
• Candidate Support: Assist candidates through the mobile-first I-9 and verification process.
• Compliance Oversight: Execute all tasks in strict accordance with global privacy and screening regulations.
• Process Optimization: Identify recurring friction points in the BGV workflow.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• BGV Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) operations or HR compliance.
• Night Shift Pro: Proven experience working permanent night shifts (US/EMEA hours).
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent professional English.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Azure-based platforms, ATS integrations, and modern CRM systems.
• Analytical Detail: You have an "investigator" mindset.
