Customer Success Specialist (Support) The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for delivering operational and customer support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve service issues, support order implementations, coordinate escalations, maintain accurate customer data, and assist with reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment while supporting both customers and the Customer Success team. Customer Success Manager The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting service renewals. This role partners closely with advisors and customers to provide proactive account management, deliver strategic recommendations, resolve customer needs, and ensure long-term customer success. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, consultative, and passionate about helping customers maximize the value of their technology investments.
