About Lano Lano is a global payroll platform enabling companies to standardize and manage multi-country payroll operations through a unified technology layer. We are looking for a Customer Success - Working Student (m/f/d) to join our international, client-facing team in Berlin. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to help resolve questions, coordinate operational requests, and ensure a smooth experience for companies using Lano. Main Tasks: Account Management & Commercial Support: Partner with the team to monitor account health, help drive client retention, and actively identify expansion opportunities that power business growth. Client Support & Engagement: Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day client requests, helping users navigate and maximize the Lano platform. Operational Execution: Follow up on open client requests, coordinate operational processes, and ensure key deadlines are met reliably. Data & Quality Control: Support internal data maintenance, ensure accuracy across tools, and assist with documentation and reporting. Process Improvement: Identify recurring client inquiries and contribute ideas to refine workflows, optimize team processes, and enhance the overall customer experience. Product & Feature Support: Assist with testing new platform features and giving direct feedback to product and operations teams. Your Profile: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Economics, International Business, Communication, or a related field at a university in Germany. Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with digital tools and data. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Previous experience in client-facing roles, or SaaS is a plus, but not required. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
