About Ahti Interiors Ahti Interiors is a Bali-based, design-led sanitaryware brand working with architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality groups, and homeowners across Indonesia. We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to manage our clients after the initial sales process, ensuring they receive a professional, responsive, and well-organised experience from order confirmation through delivery, installation support, after-sales service, and future orders. The Role You will become the main point of contact for customers once an order has progressed through the sales process. You will manage communication between the customer and Ahti's internal teams, follow orders and projects through to completion, coordinate after-sales requirements, and maintain relationships with existing clients. You should be organised, commercially aware, confident dealing with professional clients, and comfortable taking ownership of issues until they are resolved. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Management Order & Project Coordination After-Sales Support Customer Retention & Repeat Business CRM & Administration What We Are Looking For Previous experience in customer support, customer success, account management, client services, project coordination, hospitality, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role . Strong communication and relationship-management skills. Excellent organisation and follow-up. Comfortable handling several customers and projects simultaneously. Able to communicate professionally with demanding or high-value customers. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of issues. Calm and professional when dealing with complaints. Comfortable coordinating across several internal departments. Good written and spoken English. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. Good attention to detail.
