ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AT A DROPSHIPPING COMPANY. General e-commerce experience is not enough — you must understand how dropshipping actually works.
About Us
We're a dropshipping company, and we're growing our customer support team. Right now we have one support rep answering customer messages through Gmail — you'll be joining them as our second.
We don't rely on fancy software or heavy automation. What matters to us is simple: do you understand the business, are you patient, and can you talk to customers with genuine care?
Why Dropshipping Experience Is Required
This isn't a role you can learn on the job. You need to already understand the realities of dropshipping — shipping from China, longer shipping times, how to explain delays to customers, tracking issues, and all the little things that come with this business model. If you've only done support for a regular local retailer or a standard e-commerce store, this role isn't the right fit.
What We're Looking For
Someone calm and patient. No matter how frustrated or upset a customer is, you stay polite, composed, and helpful. You know how to de-escalate and turn a bad experience into a good one.
About
Someone who actually cares about each customer — not a copy-paste robot. This is the most important thing. We do NOT believe in blasting everyone with the same boilerplate replies. Too much automation and canned messaging ruins the customer experience. We expect you to:
Read each customer's message fully
Actually understand their specific situation
Write a tailored, thoughtful reply for that specific customer
Templates are fine occasionally to speed things up, but we use them minimally. Every customer should feel like a real person is talking to them — because one is.
Someone who understands the dropshipping business inside and out, so you can confidently handle questions about shipping times, delays, tracking, refunds, and product issues.
Requirements
Extensive customer support experience at a dropshipping company (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of dropshipping logistics — shipping from China, shipping times, tracking, delays
Excellent written English
Calm, patient, and genuinely polite under pressure
Able to write personalized, tailored replies (not copy-paste)

How to Apply
To show us you've read this post carefully, start your application with the word "TAILORED", then include:
The name of the dropshipping company (or companies) where you did customer support, and for how long
A short example of a time you handled an angry or frustrated customer and how you turned it around
In 2–3 sentences, describe how you'd explain a long shipping delay to a worried customer (in your own words — show us your writing style)
Applications that skip these steps or don't show real dropshipping support experience won't be considered.
We're looking for the right person quickly — if this sounds like you, apply now.
