To learn more about Comply, visit comply.com About the role: Comply is looking for a polished, empathetic Customer Support Representative to help take our highly-rated support experience to the next level. You’ll be the person customers count on — activating new accounts, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every interaction leaves them better off. You’ll also be their advocate inside Comply, working daily with our Technical Support and Product teams to represent customer needs. You’ll love this role if you lead with a “How can I help?” mindset, problem-solving comes naturally, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. It’s a great launchpad: strong performers grow into Senior Support, QA, Onboarding, and CX roles. Schedule This is an East Coast–hours role. You’ll be assigned one of the following standard weekday shifts (all times EST) on a rotating weekly basis: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday coverage may be required. Overtime will be provided! What You’ll Do: Set up and configure new client accounts in the Comply platform, managing activations to hit deadlines. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and keep satisfaction high — answering questions, updating clients on status, and troubleshooting issues. Prioritize and manage incoming support cases in our case-tracking system in a high-volume environment. Review and interpret data from various sources, catch discrepancies, and upload it accurately into the platform. Partner daily with Technical Support and Product Development to represent customers’ immediate and long-term needs. Juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping details. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and reach deadlines. Provide efficient productivity and exceed client’s expectations for support. What Success looks like in your first 90 days: You know the Comply platform well enough to activate accounts and resolve common issues independently. You’re managing your case queue confidently and hitting response and satisfaction targets. You’ve flagged at least one process or product improvement from what you’re hearing on the front line. What You’ll Bring: 0–3 years of work experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A major in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred Excellent customer-facing communication, written and verbal. Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution skills. Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data. Exceptional organization and time management; comfortable prioritizing multiple projects. Willingness to work the East Coast schedule above, including occasional evenings/weekends/holidays. Nice to Haves: Previous experience in high-volume call or customer support environments. Experience with Salesforce (or another CRM), SaaS technology, MS Office and software support. The all-in total compensation for this role is $49,500 and $55,000 , and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $45,000 - $50,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
