Werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns während einer zweijährigen Befristung mit Möglichkeit auf eine langfristige Übernahme. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Privat- und Geschäftskundinnen und -kunden Bearbeitung von Umzügen, An- und Abmeldungen sowie Mutationen im System Triage von Kundenanliegen und Weiterleitung komplexer Fälle an die zuständigen Fachbereiche Strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Kundenkontakten Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Postretouren und administrativen Aufgaben Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss Profil & Anforderungen Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt Serviceorientierte, zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit SAP oder CRM-Systemen Technisches Verständnis oder Erfahrung in der Energiebranche sind von Vorteil Auch wenn nicht alle Anforderungen erfüllt sind, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung Über das Team Wir sind ein engagiertes und hilfsbereites Team mit einem offenen Austausch und einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit.
