As we expand, we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can support and guide our most engaged clients on their journey within the Demopips ecosystem.

About The Role

This is a remote position with working hours from 21:00 to 03:00 Cyprus Time (6 hours). You’ll be focused exclusively on assisting active users— no cold outreach or lead generation involved. Your role will center on relationship building, platform support, and performance guidance, helping users make the most of their simulated capital and work toward earning rewards based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, focused support via chat, email
• Monitor activity and provide timely, proactive guidance
• Assist users with platform navigation, account access, and CRM-related queries
• Help our customers understand their simulated performance metrics and platform features
• Maintain ongoing communication with high-engagement users to encourage long-term growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues efficiently
• Keep accurate CRM records and notes
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or client success
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and fintech platforms
• A solid understanding of user engagement and retention best practices
• Ability to analyze client behavior and support long-term development goals
• Position is remote and open for candidates from any location
• Availability to work 21:00 – 03:00 Cyprus Time (remote, 6-hour shifts)
