Position: Customer Support Representative (WhatsApp Chat Support)

Location: Faisalabad — Work From Home with 2 days onsite per month

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to handle WhatsApp chat support for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate is skilled at closing leads, resolving customer queries, and managing basic Shopify store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support queries via WhatsApp chat
• Convert inquiries into sales by closing leads effectively
• Create and manage Shopify orders
• Manage Shopify inventory (stock updates, product availability)

Requirements:

• Must be based in Faisalabad
• Prior experience in customer support is required
• Strong skills in lead closing / sales conversion
• Familiarity with Shopify (order creation and inventory management)
• Must have a personal laptop, mobile phone, and a reliable internet connection
• Willing to work from home with 2 days onsite per month
