German-Speaking Customer Service / IT Service Desk

Are you fluent in German and English and looking to build a career in IT?

We’re looking for German-speaking individuals to join a growing Customer Service / IT Service Desk team in Budapest.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in technology. Previous technical support or customer service experience is an advantage, but you don't need to be an IT expert – training and ongoing development will be provided.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting German-speaking users with IT and technical queries

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing common technical issues

• Guiding users through the steps needed to resolve problems

• Resolving issues at first-line level or escalating to Level 2 support

• Coordinating and following up on service requests

• Working with colleagues and other teams to resolve customer issues

• Using internal knowledge bases to find solutions and identify knowledge gaps

What we're looking for:

• Native or near-native German language skills

• Fluent English

• Good familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good attention to detail and an analytical approach

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

• A positive, collaborative attitude

Previous experience in telephone technical support, IT support, a Service Desk, Helpdesk or another customer service environment would be beneficial.
