Customer Support Specialist (Remote - Pacific Time Zone)
We're partnering with a growing SaaS organization that supports healthcare systems across the country with innovative technology solutions. They're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, helping customers succeed, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) or be able to work a standard Pacific Time business schedule.

What You'll Do
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and text.
• Troubleshoot software and account issues while delivering timely, professional resolutions.
• Configure customer accounts and support implementation of clinical competency and learning programs.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and answer questions about system functionality and best practices.
• Escalate technical issues when appropriate while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Project teams to improve the customer experience and communicate user feedback.
• Assist in creating customer-facing documentation, training materials, and support resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support, software support, or SaaS customer service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical experience.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
