Customer & Technical Support Specialist with Italian | Remote in Greece

Are you fluent in Italian and interested in working with one of the world’s leading premium automotive brands? Join an international customer support team in Greece and assist drivers with a wide range of customer service, digital, and roadside assistance inquiries.

The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Greece. A relocation package is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customers via inbound calls, email, and chat;
• Assist with service and maintenance appointments, warranty-related questions, and dealership information;
• Guide mobile applications and digital services connected to the vehicle;
• Support customers with account activation and basic technical troubleshooting;
• Help with mobile phone connectivity, hotspots, Android, and iOS features;
• Coordinate roadside assistance when required;
• Handle approximately 30–50 customer contacts per day;
• Deliver calm and professional support, including in sensitive or urgent situations.

What we are looking for:

• Italian at C1 level or higher;
• English at a minimum B2 level;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving abilities;
• Confidence using computers, mobile applications, Android, and iOS;
• Ability to multitask and remain composed when supporting demanding customers;
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred but not required;
• A driving licence and general automotive knowledge would be considered an advantage;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Working schedule: The department operates 24/7 throughout the year. Employees work rotating shifts between 00:00 and 23:00, Monday through Sunday.
