The Role As the business and technology leader for Application, Data, and AI, you will lead the creation and acquisition of large-scale opportunities and serve as a strategic partner in driving customers’ business transformation. What you will do • Create transformation programs for enterprise customers • Build and manage CxO-level relationships • Support strategy development and closing for large deals • Drive market development in Application Modernization, Data, and AI • Lead business expansion and opportunity execution through internal and external leadership Who You Are Required skills and experience • Extensive experience in the IT or consulting industry, ideally 15+ years • Experience acquiring large deals and developing new business • Experience building relationships and negotiating with CxOs • Deep expertise in Application, Data, and AI domains • Experience owning revenue or business responsibility Preferred skills and experience • Experience equivalent to Consult Partner, Partner, or Director level • Experience creating and winning opportunities worth several hundred million yen or more • Experience proposing business transformation using AI and data • Global project experience • Advanced English proficiency Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
