Customer Transition Coordinator

When a customer decides to part ways with Daxko, this role makes sure they leave with their dignity, their data, and their goodwill intact. You'll own the full offboarding experience for departing customers, coordinating everything from final invoicing to data exports while keeping the relationship warm enough that the door stays open for the future. This role reports to the Senior Director, Technical Services. What you'll do Own the full offboarding lifecycle for customers leaving our Nonprofit and Club software, from first notice to final sign-off Serve as the customer's main point of contact during their exit, keeping communication clear and response times fast Build relationships with departing customers that preserve goodwill and leave the door open for re-engagement Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Finance, Product, and Technical Support to keep the transition seamless across teams Coordinate data exports, final invoicing, and service deactivation so nothing falls through the cracks Track every transition detail in our CRM and task systems, keeping accurate records from start to finish Gather feedback from departing customers and share insights that help other teams improve Spot chances to improve the offboarding process and help build a stronger standard journey over time What you'll bring Two or more years in a customer-facing role Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly, even in difficult conversations A detail-oriented, organized approach to managing multiple moving pieces at once Comfort working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Nice to have Experience in the boutique fitness market or working with Nonprofit and Club businesses Background in customer success, customer service, or account management Project management experience Additional Information Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us. The pay range for this role is $49,184 – $82,197 per year.
