Work Arrangement: This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team. Employment: 12 months Fixed Term The Customs Warehouse Coordinator will join us on a full time, fixed term basis for 12 months , and in return you will receive a competitive salary between £30,000.00 - £33,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including: Health care maintenance cash plan Employee assistance programme Contributory pension scheme Private medical insurance Life insurance Generous holiday entitlement, plus an additional day off on your birthday Staff discounts Interest-free leisure and season ticket loans About the Role As our Customs Warehouse Coordinator , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of goods through our Customs Warehouse. Working closely with Logistics, Trade Compliance and external freight partners, you'll help keep products flowing across our supply chain while ensuring full compliance with HMRC and international trade requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing customs declarations and warehouse transactions in line with UK and EU regulations Processing import and export data, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies Supporting customs clearance activities and managing trade documentation Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to minimise delays and maintain stock flow About You The Customs Warehouse Coordinator will have experience within a logistics, customs or freight environment and a solid understanding of customs processes and import/export procedures. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you'll be comfortable working with systems and data, managing competing priorities and building effective working relationships across teams. Essential: Experience in a logistics, customs or freight environment Good knowledge of customs processes, including HS classification and broker/forwarder operations Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively Confident using Excel and operational systems, with a proactive approach to problem solving Desirable: Experience with SAP and/or customs warehousing systems (e.g. Ricardo) Knowledge of origin rules and preferential trade agreements If you're passionate about logistics, trade compliance, and ensuring operational excellence within a global supply chain, we encourage you to apply.
