Job Description: Job Summary The Cyber Review Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing cyber incident review operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality review outcomes, operational excellence, and compliance with client, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple review projects, drives process improvements, manages stakeholder relationships, and develops high-performing review teams. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in cyber incident response reviews, data breach investigations, review technologies, analytics, and people management. Essential Job Responsibilities Oversee cyber security reviews to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols. Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks. Manage data privacy and ensure the protection of sensitive information. Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement security measures and protocols. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding cyber security. Develop and implement security information and event management (SIEM) processes. Ensure compliance with cyber security governance and information security standards. Provide coaching and professional development training to security staff. Document security protocols and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Law, or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in cyber incident review, data breach response, eDiscovery, or related review operations. Minimum 2+ years of people management experience in a leadership role such as Assistant Review Manager, Manager, or equivalent. Strong hands-on experience with Relativity and Canopy is mandatory. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and operational tracking. Experience managing large-scale review projects, client deliverables, and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated client-facing experience. Experience with Python, automation tools, Power BI, or workflow optimization technologies is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and team development. Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or equivalent are a plus.
