Where you’ll work: Queretaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O'Donnell What you’ll do: • The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for the security incident and event monitoring. • This will include follow ups (forensic activities and clearing up of threats) with other IT departments and/or users. • Conduct detailed analysis and investigation of alerts generated via SIEM, IDS/IPS and other related security data sources. • Provide incident response. • Monitor and respond to 'phishing' emails and 'pharming' activity. • Ensure the accuracy and correctness of the cyber security documentation. • Troubleshoot service interruptions caused by cyber security tools.
