Cybersecurity Analyst L2 (Blue Team)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst L2 (Blue Team) to join a team dedicated to security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response. We are seeking a highly autonomous professional with hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, capable of managing the SIEM use case lifecycle and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's detection capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor compliance with SLAs defined for cybersecurity operations. Create, develop, and optimize detection use cases within SIEM platforms. Ensure the governance and lifecycle management of use cases, from requirements gathering and implementation to review and continuous improvement. Analyze security events and alerts, identifying potential threats and suspicious activities. Participate in Threat Hunting activities to proactively identify emerging threats. Support vulnerability analysis and tracking activities, contributing to risk mitigation efforts. Investigate security incidents and collaborate in the definition of corrective and preventive actions. Produce technical documentation and activity reports. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effectiveness of security processes. More than 2 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Operations / SOC Level 2 roles within a Blue Team environment. Solid experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel ), including rule creation and management, event correlation, and use case development. Strong knowledge of log analysis, incident investigation, and security monitoring. Experience in Threat Hunting and threat analysis. Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation tracking. Good command of Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices will be considered a plus.
