Mandatory Requirements
- More than 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in senior technical or architecture-focused roles.
- Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Keycloak.
- Solid knowledge of LDAP-based directories and authentication.
- Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
- Strong understanding of application security principles and secure access management.
- Proven experience integrating IAM solutions with different applications and platforms.
- Ability to define authentication, authorization and identity management architectures.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the organisation's IAM architecture.
- Design secure and scalable authentication, authorization and identity management solutions.
- Lead the integration of IAM services with multiple applications, systems and platforms.
- Establish appropriate access control models using RBAC and ABAC.
- Ensure the correct implementation of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML and LDAP-based authentication flows.
- Configure, extend and maintain Keycloak-based identity solutions.
- Define security standards and best practices for identity and access management.
- Review technical designs and support teams in resolving complex IAM and application security challenges.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet security, architecture and operational requirements.
Compensation Transparency
Base salary range: EUR 35,000 - EUR 55,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 65,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
