Date Posted: 2026-08-04 Country: Brazil Location: LOC6054: São Bernardo Do Campo Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, São Paulo, Brazil Role Overview The Cybersecurity Metrics Manager will lead the development and continuous improvement of cybersecurity metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for Otis’ global Cyber Risk & Services team. This role helps leaders understand cyber risk, assess performance, prioritize investments, and improve security outcomes across a complex global organization. You will report within the Cyber Risk & Services organization and partner closely with cybersecurity leaders, Digital Technology teams, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Based in Brazil, this role may be performed in a hybrid or remote arrangement based on business needs, local policy, and manager alignment. On a Typical Day You Will Lead the cybersecurity metrics and reporting function, creating a consistent way to measure and communicate cyber risk, performance, control effectiveness, and program maturity. Develop and improve key performance indicators, key risk indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting that give leaders actionable visibility into Otis’ cybersecurity posture. Partner with cybersecurity, Digital Technology, and business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into meaningful measures, insights, and decision-ready materials. Prepare recurring cybersecurity updates for senior leaders, including executive summaries, management reports, board-level inputs, and clear narratives that explain trends, priorities, and business impact. Improve data quality, reporting consistency, metric definitions, and source-system alignment so reported results are accurate, transparent, and trusted. Lead automation and continuous improvement efforts that make cybersecurity analytics, dashboards, and reporting faster, more scalable, and easier to use. Analyze cybersecurity and technology data to identify trends, emerging risks, control gaps, operational issues, and opportunities to improve outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on metric definitions, reporting expectations, performance targets, and improvement actions. Maintain reporting documentation, metric inventories, dashboard roadmaps, and management routines that support repeatable and globally consistent cybersecurity reporting. What You Will Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Five or more years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, data analytics, business intelligence, audit, compliance, governance, or a related field. Experience building or improving metrics, dashboards, scorecards, reporting routines, or performance management processes in a complex or global organization. Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, governance, compliance, control effectiveness, and operational security concepts, with the ability to translate technical information into business-relevant insights. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence alignment across technical, business, and leadership teams. Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools to create clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Minimal travel may be required, up to 10%.
