Cybersecurity Project Manager with Healthcare

Role: Cybersecurity Project Manager

Location: Remote in Canada

Duration: Contract

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience managing cybersecurity GovRAMP compliance frameworks specific initiatives
• Understanding of NIST SP 800-53 security controls
• Healthcare experience with Medicare/Medicaid domain knowledge
• Experience managing requirements in JiraAlign and ADO tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Agile Certification (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology, cybersecurity, vendor, compliance, and assessment activities required for GovRAMP compliance.
• Manage centralized governance, RAID/milestone tracking, and clear ownership across applications, vendors, cloud platforms, and compliance activities.
• Supports continuous monitoring, reporting, and reduced execution risk through proactive dependency and issue management.
• Coordinate readiness activities across multiple stakeholder/teams, internal applications, cloud platforms, legal partners, ~ 60 vendors* and compliance teams through Progressing Snapshot and the path to GovRAMP Authorized status.
