Role: Cybersecutiry Analyst - 1341

Work model: 100% remote

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• English B2
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in telecom environments.
• Hands-on experience with SOC operations, SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and telecom architectures.
• Experience in incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with security standards/frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Understanding of telecom protocols and network infrastructure security.
• Experience integrating security monitoring with NOC operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network security events and anomalies within telecom environments.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents affecting network or services.
• Coordinate with SOC teams for threat detection and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis on network components.
• Support integration of security monitoring into NOC operations.
• Define and track security-related KPIs and metrics.
• Participate in incident response exercises and readiness planning.
• Identify potential threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment between operational and security processes.
• Support audits and compliance assessments.
• Provide training and awareness to operational teams on security best practices.
