Czech Speaking Booking Agent (Remote in Greece)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must reside in, or relocate to, Greece) Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Operating Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–00:00) Language Requirements: Czech (Native/Fluent) & English (B2 Minimum) About the Role Are you a fluent Czech speaker with a passion for helping others and a love for the travel industry? We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our global support team representing one of the world's leading online travel and accommodation booking brands. In this role, you will serve as the friendly voice and digital guide for Czech-speaking travelers and global accommodation partners. Working from home anywhere in Greece, you will resolve inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure every traveler's journey is seamless. No prior travel agency experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for success! Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Act as the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering empathetic, professional support. Booking Management: Assist users with modifying, canceling, or confirming reservations across hotels, villas, and alternative accommodations. Partner Collaboration: Coordinate directly with global accommodation partners to resolve booking discrepancies, rate adjustments, or special guest requests. Problem Resolution: Patiently address customer complaints and escalate complex technical or payment issues to specialized teams as needed. Data Integrity: Accurately log customer interactions and resolution details within our CRM system. Candidate Profile Language Skills: Native or near-native Czech (C1/C2) and solid English skills (B2 minimum) for internal systems and training. Work Setup: Physically located in Greece with a quiet, dedicated home workspace and a stable internet connection. Work Eligibility: Valid EU passport or full legal authorization to work in Greece. Experience: Background in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is a plus, but not required—we hire for attitude and train for skill! Flexibility: Comfortable with a rotational schedule (5 days/week, 8 hours/day) within the 08:00 AM to 00:00 AM window. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €1,200 gross per month, paid across 14 months per year (€16,800 gross annual base as per Greek labor standards). Performance Bonus: Up to 20% monthly KPI bonus.
