Process customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and services efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and support. Stay informed about company products and industry news to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing solutions and support. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
