Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to support ongoing professional development within the customer support services division Native or fluent Czech language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role — strong command of Czech is a non-negotiable requirement. Valid EU passport (mandatory). A good working knowledge of English to facilitate internal communication and team collaboration within the multinational customer support services environment. Previous experience in customer support, customer service, helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with customers, manage expectations, and deliver solutions with professionalism and care. Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software with confidence.
