D365 Functional Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to the extension of our delivery capabilities. In this remote role, you will engage with clients, ensuring that their needs are met through effective use of Microsoft technologies. Your tasks

• Ensuring customer-centric, D365 CE, and Power Platform solutions by valuing and detailing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Holding oneself accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes across all projects
• Identifying opportunities and threats to project success and engaging with stakeholders to address them
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating active listening and emotional intelligence
• Collaborating as a self-starter, driving decision-making to avoid unnecessary delays
• Breaking down complex problems and disseminating information clearly to individuals at all levels
• Staying self-motivated to learn new technologies and understand the latest changes across the Microsoft Power Platform
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative role with a proven history of advisory experience
• Deep understanding of deploying and configuring D365 CE solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Demonstrable experience in configuring D365 CE solutions to meet specific requirements while maintaining high quality standards
• Experience in mapping business processes against D365 capabilities and identifying gaps for functionality extensions
• Strong skills in configuring complex Power Automate Flows, including error trapping and reporting
• Ability to perform quality assurance and verify functional requirements against delivered solutions through testing and documentation
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including using Azure DevOps for project management
• Fluent English

• Experience in customer communication
• Knowledge of Organisational Change Management and the Prosci ADKAR model
• Familiarity with Success by Design and Catalyst frameworks
