A well-established UK not-for-profit organisation is investing heavily in digital transformation as part of a long-term strategic programme and is looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

The Role
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, ensuring projects are governed effectively, delivered on time and within budget, and aligned to wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a Dynamics 365 CRM programme
• Managing project plans, milestones, budgets and dependencies
• Establishing and maintaining effective project governance
• Producing regular updates for programme boards and senior stakeholders
• Managing risks, issues and supplier relationships throughout delivery
• Coordinating testing activities and ensuring successful adoption of the solution
• Building strong relationships across business and technology teams
• Driving benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
• Strong project management background with PRINCE2, APM or similar qualifications
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Understanding of CRM platforms, processes and best practice
• Experience working closely with developers, technical leads and third-party suppliers
• Change management experience or relevant qualifications
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery
