Are you a native or fluent Danish speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding support to Audi customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium quality of the brand.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Update CRM systems accurately with relevant customer information
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Support customer retention by providing effective solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve quality and performance goals
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
• Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2)
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  
  
  

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday

Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
