• Provide friendly and effective support to our business clients
• Handle queries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
• Troubleshoot and offer clear, accurate solutions
• Guide customers through product features and available services
• Deliver an outstanding experience with every interaction

💡 Your Profile

• Fluency in one of the listed languages (C1 level)
• English communication skills (at least B1 level)
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills (written & verbal)
• A positive, proactive attitude and team‑player spirit
