Danish-speaking Customer Expert – Remote from Greece

If you speak Danish and want a role that's useful, flexible and actually feels meaningful, this one's for you. You'll be the person truck drivers call when something goes wrong on the road — real situations, real impact, and a team that keeps things moving worldwide.

What you'll do Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers needing roadside assistance Create detailed cases in the CRM (vehicle, location, coverage, issue) Analyze the problem and dispatch the right solution (technician, dealer, towing) Manage a small portion of general customer inquiries Use multiple tools at once and keep everything organized Work rotating shifts, including occasional nights and weekends

What we're looking for Native or C1 Danish English B2 for training and tools No experience required — just willingness to learn Solid typing and PC skills Calm, logical problem-solving Ability to handle urgent situations with empathy Basic understanding of roadside assistance is a plus
