Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier. You will: Handle calls, emails and messages from Danish-speaking customers Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements Recommend products or services based on customer needs Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported You bring: Fluency in Danish + good English skills A calm, solution-oriented mindset Curiosity about tech (you don’t need to be an engineer!)
