Job Description We are looking for a Data & AI Solution Architect to design enterprise data models, semantic architectures, and conversational AI solutions that enable trusted analytics and scalable data products across the organization. This position will be full-time and remote . What You'll Do Create enterprise data models (ERDs), semantic architectures using Databricks Metric Views, and Databricks Genie solution architectures to support trusted data products, self-service analytics, and conversational AI Design solution architectures for modern data and AI platforms on Databricks Define and promote enterprise standards for data products, data modelling, Medallion Architecture, DBT, Unity Catalog, and data engineering Create reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, and implementation guidance for HUB & SPOKE teams Design semantic models and architecture patterns that enable trusted analytics and Databricks Genie conversational AI Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, office hours, and technical coaching to guide teams in delivering solutions aligned with enterprise standards What You'll Need Required: 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or modern cloud data platforms Strong experience with Databricks, DBT, Unity Catalog, SQL, and Python Deep understanding of dimensional modelling, semantic modelling, Medallion Architecture, and data product design Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills Ability to guide delivery teams in adopting enterprise architecture standards Preferred: Experience designing semantic layers using Databricks Metric Views Experience enabling analytics or conversational AI with Databricks Genie Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to [email protected] or (888) 824 – 8111.
