We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions and improve operational performance. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and operational decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with business teams, project managers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven solutions to business questions
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Document data sources, analytical methods, processes, and reporting procedures
• Support data quality improvement and reporting automation initiatives
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
• 0–3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or a related field; internships included
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with distributed teams
• Familiarity with Python or other data analysis tools is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Based in Malaysia with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
