Job Summary: As a commercial Data Analyst at Impiricus, you will play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, supporting client-facing teams with actionable insights. This position combines analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver valuable insights that enhance our client relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Campaign Performance Analysis & Insights Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and deliver actionable recommendations. Translate complex data into clear business narratives that support commercial strategy and client success. Develop dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making. Commercial Analytics Partner with Client Services and Sales to provide analytical support for client conversations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and commercial initiatives. Analyze cross-campaign and cross-brand performance to uncover insights that inform business development and growth strategies. Leverage internal and external data sources to generate recommendations that improve commercial outcomes. Data Management & Reporting Build, validate, and optimize target lists while ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy. Create impactful visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous process improvements. Experience: Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, decision science, or a related analytical role in a consulting or agency setting. Solid experience using data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms. Strong SQL skills, including the ability to understand and interpret complex queries, joins, and analytical outputs. Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, workflow automation, or modern productivity tools that enhance reporting and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Healthcare, health-tech, or pharmaceutical experience preferred. The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000.
