About The Role

We are looking for a sharp and analytical Data Analyst to join NEMBHARAT's growing technology team. You will collect, process, and analyse data from across our operations and digital platforms to deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
• Build dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Analyse operational, marketing, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business units
• Support A/B testing initiatives and interpret experiment results
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to solve data-driven problems
• Automate recurring reporting processes using scripts and tools
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data governance standards
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2–5 years of data analysis experience in a business environment
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business narratives
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar product analytics tools
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive modelling concepts
• Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, or logistics sector
