With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Data Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Do you enjoy working closely with business stakeholders and building analytical solutions that drive decision-making? Then this position is for you. As a Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping transform complex data into meaningful insights, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions. You will collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. Build side: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Extract, prepare, and analyze complex datasets from multiple data sources. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern BI tools. Build automated reporting solutions to improve business efficiency and decision-making. Develop data analysis workflows using Python and SQL. Contribute to the industrialization of data feeds, ETL processes, and data quality initiatives. Create data models and analytical frameworks to generate business insights. Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable analytics solutions. Run side: Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Monitor data quality and ensure the reliability of reporting solutions. Support business users by providing analysis and recommendations based on data findings. Present analytical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile and fast-paced environment. Continuously improve reporting standards, methodologies, and visualization practices. This is your background You have experience working with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. You enjoy solving business problems through data and are comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are curious, analytical, and motivated by transforming data into impactful business decisions This is your expertise: Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI. Experience with data analysis using Python, particularly Pandas. Good SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify complex information. Experience creating dashboards and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders. Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus. Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto, or Airflow is a plus. Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus. Experience working in financial services, capital markets, or trading environments is considered an advantage. This is how you work as part of a team: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
