Your Role

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will

• Data Integration & Automation: Analyze client data structures and build automated pipelines, data transposers, and seamless integrations between client systems and P2M platforms.
• Process Optimization & Efficiency: Audit existing client program workflows and data pipelines to identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual steps, and automate data transfers.
• Project Support & Program Launches: Execute end-to-end data setup, mapping, and validation for new reward program launches and ongoing program maintenance.
• Reporting, Analytics & Visualization: Create interactive PowerBI/Excel dashboards, data visualizations, and concise analytical presentations to support internal and client decision-making.
• Trend Analysis & Business Insights: Synthesize unstructured data from disparate sources to uncover process inefficiencies, analyze participant engagement trends, and deliver strategic business recommendations.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Data Manipulation & ETL Mastery: Advanced proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, transposition, and mapping across diverse file formats (CSV, JSON, XML, Excel).
• Advanced MS Excel Skills: Deep hands-on experience using advanced functions (Nested logic, Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Data Modeling).
• Data Integration Literacy: Demonstrated understanding of database mechanics, file transfer protocols (SFTP, APIs), and data integration pipelines.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Proven ability to spot trends, anomalies, and operational inefficiencies within complex datasets and present clear insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills to translate technical data findings into executive summaries and client-facing presentations.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Hands-on exposure to database querying languages (SQL) and automated data processing tools.
• Prior background in loyalty programs, employee recognition platforms, or e-commerce reward systems (specifically within Power2Motivate/P2M environments).
• Experience using Python or R for data automation and statistical modeling.
