Data Analyst

Hexa Consulting is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Client's team in a remote work model from Portugal.

Job Details: Portugal | Remote | Marketing & Communications

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong experience with SQL and SQL-based data modeling.
• Solid data analysis and data quality review capabilities.
• Experience translating business and data requirements into clear, structured data models.
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience working autonomously with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to clarify requirements, validate assumptions and communicate findings effectively.
• Ability to work remotely within an international project context.
• Clear English communication skills and a responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data needs and translate them into clear, structured SQL data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate assumptions and support data-driven decision-making.
• Review datasets, SQL queries and analytical outputs with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Support the organization and optimization of data structures used for analysis and reporting.
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and potential areas for improvement.
• Communicate findings, limitations and recommendations in a clear and structured way.
• Work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
