About the role

As a Data Analyst Assistant, you will help us gather and interpret these small signals. You are there to turn messy logs and feedback into plain reports that our consultants use to advise leadership teams. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone starting their career in data who wants to see how information shapes business strategy. Working remotely, you will be the point person for ensuring that our observations are backed by sound, well organized data.
What you will do - Cleaning and organizing internal data from client surveys and interviews to make them usable for advisors.
- Preparing simple charts and tables that show where management bottlenecks are happening.
- Maintaining the written records of our project findings to ensure that client history is never lost.
- Helping to track the progress of structural changes we implement with the Jeddah-based client.
- Checking data sets for errors or inconsistencies before they are shared with senior advisors.
- Summarizing weekly trends in team productivity or decision-making speed into plain English notes.
- Helping the team move away from a reliance on individual memory by building searchable data logs.
- Participating in remote team check-ins to discuss how data findings align with what we see in client meetings.
