Job Summary Provides foundational data analysis, reporting, and documentation support for ORIS metrics, readiness tracking, and operational dashboards. Conducts requirements gathering and analysis, information modeling, process documentation, and liaison tasks required to support the development of clinical informatics software or other clinical informatics project activities. Works independently or under only general direction. Primary Responsibilities Perform data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis for issue trends, training metrics, and readiness scores Support development of dashboards used in Weekly and Monthly Reports Assist with data packages for the Informatics Surge Readiness Index Document data definitions and reporting logic Support ad-hoc analytical requests from the Program Manager, Clinical Informaticists, and Data Manager Perform data governance support as needed – ensures data quality and integrity are maintained or enhanced Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience substitution) Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in requirements analysis, data analysis, or health IT documentation Desired Qualifications Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Prior exposure to clinical or operational healthcare data, particularly Federal EHR Attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete or rapidly changing data sets About Aptive About Aptive.
