Main Responsibilities Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs for sales and marketing teams; Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into customer behavior and product performance; Conduct deep-dive analyses on client cohorts, segmentation strategies to uncover growth and optimization opportunities; Deliver clear, compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders; Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and governance. Core Requirements 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role; Solid proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis; Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent); Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences; Hands-on experience working with CRM or marketing datasets will be an advantage.
