We're looking for a Fintech Operations who will streamline our Fintech SaaS operations, including Payment, Monthly Billing, Support operations, by increasing process maturity, transparency, observability, automation levels and scaling the teams involved. 💪 What you’ll do Analyze business processes, data quality issues, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities. Design and develop scalable solutions to address recurring issues. Automate workflows, data transformations, and reporting using Python and SQL. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data monitoring frameworks. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to define requirements and implement solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and present findings along with actionable recommendations. Continuously improve existing automation, scripts, and data pipelines for scalability and efficiency. Document workflow logic, automation scripts, and solution design clearly for internal stakeholders. 👀 Who we’re looking for \~ 1 year of experience in analytics, automation, or data operations Good experience of building and using cursor agents (or any similar tool), connecting via MCP servers and building OPS AI agents.
