Primary Activities • Perform data analysis to uncover insights that support decision-making across customer experience initiatives. • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. • Utilize BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI to visualize data and communicate findings effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement AI strategies for content generation, customer profiling, and process optimization. • Proficiency on automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks. • Support the development of customer segmentation models and qualification frameworks. • Stay informed about AI trends, technologies, and applications relevant to marketing and customer engagement. • Contribute to the integration of AI tools for audiovisual content generation and automation. Skills • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization. • Proficiency in BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI. • Skilled in Power Apps and Power Automate for process and task automation. • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and customer profiling. • Understanding of digital marketing and omnichannel strategy. • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights. • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work in cross-functional and international teams. • Knowledge of segmentation techniques and customer data modeling. Required Experience • Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or AI-driven marketing roles. • Experience working with AI tools and technologies for content and process optimization. • Background in digital marketing strategy and customer experience initiatives. • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
